New catalogue - Chemical Products
Chemicals have a key role to play in the orthopaedic workshop. Adhesives, last foams, cast resins and fillers are used on a day-to-day basis. Ruckgaber has now brought out a new catalogue featuring a wide range of chemical products. In order to ensure that precautions are taken at the workplace, this extensive product range is supplemented with products from the area of skin protection and skin care, as well as hygiene agents and disinfectants.

New colours for milling materials
In addition to its successful range of milling materials, Ruckgaber now offers new trendy colours: yellow, orange, lima, pink and purple. The new colours are available in "Antistat" quality with Shore hardness 35°. The material is available in sheets and as wedge strips. ARUcut "Antistat" is a very high-quality milling material, possesses a very high restoring force and produces low levels of grinding dust. This single-layer milling material also meets the very highest standards. On request we can supply the new colours in the form of a milling block or wedge.
Ruckgaber supports children's home
The Ohrdruf residential group of the Benshausen Jugendheim (home for children and young people) offers its sincere thanks to Ruckgaber. Cork panels were supplied free of charge for the renovation of the rooms and corridor. This enables the children to present their own paintings and handicrafts on their self-constructed giant pin boards.
New catalogue - ARU cover and lining materials
Ruckgaber offers a wide range of cover and lining materials especially for inserts and bedding. There is now a new catalogue listing all of these products. The properties of the materials are described in detail. Application examples are also shown so as to illustrate the visual effect of the materials. The materials are largely available by the metre or off the roll.

New cover materials
Chic, fresh, trendy
The new Ruckgaber cover materials are becoming increasingly popular. They appeal to young people with unusual motifs. The insert cover materials are made of 50% polyester and 50% Trevira BIOaktiv (polyamide).
The Trevira BIOaktiv fibres with integrated silver ions offer especially good wear properties:
• permanently antimicrobial
• the very highest hygiene standards
• direct impact on the fibre surface
• skin-friendly
• very breathable
Their effect is impressive:
• cannot be washed out
• no impairment through frequent wearing
• certified by the Hohenstein Institute
• prevent odours
The cover materials have PU foil on the back. This allows them to be stuck on easily. The adhesive does not penetrate the tissue, so the material retains its elasticity. The material is approx. 0.88 mm thick and can be supplied in sheet sizes of approx. 1,000 x 1,500 mm or on rolls with a width of 11 cm and a length of approx. 25 m.
